Cork, renowned for its high thermal and acoustic insulation performance, is one of the world’s most versatile and visually captivating materials. Perhaps that's why it was chosen by renowned furniture manufacturer Knoll to launch a new range of cork coverings presented at NeoCon - North America’s largest design exhibition and conference for commercial interiors.

The selected cork coverings were created by the Norwegian designer Lars Beller for Spinneybeck’s Beller collection and come in two lines: Lisboa and Porto.

In order to comply with Spinneybeck 's demanding criteria, Amorim Cork Composites developed materials, processes and tools to produce these unique acoustic cork tiles, which are modular and easy to install, thanks to a snap-to-fit system. Winner of the #MetropolisLikes award, the collection makes it possible to create graphic patterns on the walls, while ensuring higher sound absorption.
