Through the experience of the workshop I found again how the cork, as a tile, has a big possibility.
The softness of the cork can solve many problems of the society and also it can open new possibilities of architecture and design.The twenty century of most of the material we are using as concrete, steel and glass is very hard and a cold material, but cork is the opposite, it’s warm and soft, and heat can heal the heart of the people today.
Also in Japan the cork flooring has a big future, if the people know the warmness of this material and the good maintenance of this material, people will start using this material more and more.
